Our home has 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a spacious private backyard with a large pool and 2 patio seating areas and chiminea for those cool nights.  Solar heated pool that's only heated during the spring/summer.

All 3 bedrooms feature king-sized beds with ceiling fans.  Each bedroom has its own smart TV.  

In the living room there is a 86" TV, with a large sectional sofa, leather sofa, and 2 leather swivel recliners that are easy to doze off in.

The kitchen and dining room also has a TV for entertainment while eating or cooking.  Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, drip coffee maker and Keurig, microwave, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, chef knives, cooking utensils, and more.

Soft water is available all throughout the house, both hot and cold.  Reverse osmosis purified drinking water on tap in the kitchen.
